A big thank you and shout out to Cindy and staff at iCRYO Daniel Island. I had the pleasure of experiencing my first cryotherapy session. My skin temp was 96 degrees before I got in and then 60 degrees when I got out. And I will tell you that I felt energized very quickly upon exiting.

Can't say enough good things red light therapy and cryotherapy! I was laid up with a torn meniscus and I didn't want to do surgery so I gave this a try. I went every day for 45 days and around week three I saw major improvements. After that I went about 2-4 times a week when time allows and am continuing with that schedule.
