What is the pricing?
We provide a variety of pricings depending on the route you choose to achieve your goals including monthly passes, day passes, packages, and single service pricing. Contact your nearest location for more information on what best option works for you.
What if I need to reschedule?
Can't make it to your reservation? No worries! Rescheduling can be done easily through the iCRYO app or by simply giving the center location a call and asking a team member to reschedule your reservation.
Do you accept walk-ins?
Walk-ins are always welcome, but we always recommend our guests to secure their reservation before coming in to prevent long wait times and to ensure that the service is available for the desired time slot especially if this is their first time.
What do I need to bring?
All you need to bring when coming to our centers is yourself! All required attire and items like towels are provided at all of our locations. No need to pack a bag, or worry about doing extra laundry. We have it covered!
Are you HIPAA and PHI protected?
Our guests' confidentiality and privacy is a top priority. All guest information is protected, securely stored, and compliant with HIPPA standards.
Do you accept HSA and FSA?
