CEO/CFO and Co-founder
Bill is responsible for moving the iCRYO brand and vision forward, developing and implementing successful growth and marketing strategies, profit improvement methodologies, and best practice management standards. He Has 30 years of progressive experience in executive operations with an accomplished track record of building a team environment and providing fiscal, strategic, and operations leadership in uniquely challenging situations.
Bill started his career in 1985 with Auto Shack / Autozone Auto Parts Inc. As a regional manager, he developed the Houston market and experienced rapid growth from 40 stores to over 1,100. From 1994-2015 he was President and CEO for several successful startup companies in various industries. In 2014, Bill formed iCRYO with his son, Kyle Jones.
COO and Co-founder
Kyle oversees all center operations, including center set up, grand openings, training, and customer service for iCRYO. He found his passion in health and wellness after pursuing his college career as a football player and graduating from Texas State University with a degree in Exercise Sports Science and Business Management. Kyle is a 2x National Powerlifting Champion with NASA and USAPL while perfecting his craft in nutrition and achieving his pro card in physique bodybuilding with the NSL.
During his journey, he was introduced to cryotherapy and recognized it as the next booming industry. Kyle was one of the first to access cryotherapy in the U.S. back in 2012, and he decided to open his first center in October 2015. Kyle developed and trained a staff that pioneered this revolutionary service and created a globally recognized brand that would disrupt the marketplace in health and wellness.
Chief Compliance and Admistrative Officer
Scott recently joined the iCRYO team as the Chief Administrative Officer and is establishing strategic systems that will effectively benefit the overall growth of the franchise. Scott has over 20 years of experience leading health care facilities, with a strong background in healthcare administration, operations, and medical planning experience. Scott is a tenured healthcare executive who has previously served in various leadership positions, including service as Chief Executive Officer of a Critical Access Hospital in South Texas. Scott completed his undergraduate work at Wilmington College in Ohio, receiving a Bachelor’s Degree in Athletic Training and Psychology, and then earned his Masters Degree in Business Administration at Indiana Wesleyan University. He is board-certified in Healthcare Administration as a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE).
Bob has 40 years of national and international franchise business experience. In 1968 Bob started his career with Pizza Hut Inc. / Pepsico Corporation and was Vice President from 1983-1988. From 1988-2006 he owned and operated several successful franchise companies.
From 2007-2018 he was CEO of Muscle Maker Grill Inc., where he developed a successful franchise chain from 1 location to 100. After taking the company public and IPO in early 2018, he decided to take on a new challenge and joined iCRYO. Bob has extensive experience scaling and coordinating start-ups and organizations of large corporate structures – domestic and international.
Chief Legal Officer
A 2017 graduate of Whittier Law School, Daniel brings an extensive legal background in working with corporations, transactions, and contracts. Achieving a Master of Science in Criminal Justice Administration, Daniel formerly clerked for the Hawaii State House of Representatives, excelling in legal research, drafting, and counseling on developing legal measures congruent with his graduate work. While in law school, Daniel clerked for the nation’s largest prosecutorial firm, the office of the Los Angeles District Attorney in the White-Collar Crime division, assisting with a compound cybersecurity caseload, researching and drafting material needs of the department. In law school, Daniel received a CALI award for his Shariah-banking abroad work in a course dedicated to Shariah-Compliance in Islamic Nations in relations with US-based corporations. As a former corporate law clerk for a multinational global immigration firm, Daniel counseled between foreign and domestic corporations to provide both immigration advising for updated policies and worked to ensure foreign and domestic regulation compliance. Daniel has tailored his legal experience in corporations and business administrations through his recent work by working directly in contract negotiation, contract compliance, extensive document review, and drafting. Daniel is licensed to practice in the State of California and pending licensure in the State of Texas.”
Chief Marketing Officer
A former mathematics degree graduate, Chase has excelled in marketing and advertising for over a decade. Having been involved with multiple successful business startups, he has also been a part of large franchise organizations such as Chick-fil-A and Yardhouse on their marketing teams. He has a strong background in website development, SEO, content creation, social media marketing, graphic design, employee recruitment, project management, and large-scale marketing strategies. He has developed 150+ websites throughout his career and has serviced 100+ small to mid-size businesses with their marketing and business development needs.
Chase brought his talents and knowledge to iCRYO in 2015 at its birth and has developed successful marketing, advertising, and project management systems to ensure franchisee and franchisor sales growth.
President of Construction
Jim has 26 years of commercial building experience. He started his early career in 1993 developing hotels for Paramount Hotels, which included Holiday Inn, Ramada, and Hilton. Jim then became the CEO of Concept Restaurant Group. He has designed, developed, and constructed Foxfire Steak House, Rain Restaurant, Chianti’s, Tuscan, and Glenway.
From 2008-2014 Jim operated, designed, and built restaurants throughout Texas. Then held the position as Vice President of Construction and built national and international restaurants for Muscle Maker Grill, Jojo’s Pizza, Fresca’s Mexican Restaurants, and Canyon Steak House. Now Jim is the President of Construction for iCRYO and will execute and manage each franchise location’s build-out process.
