iCRYO is amazing! I did compression therapy and it made my lower back feel much better. Also had localized cold therapy on my face- very revitalizing! Owner of iCRYO, Fort Lauderdale is very knowledgeable and awesome! I highly recommend you go to try it out!
Phil and his staff are incredibly friendly, professional, and enjoyable to work with. The cryo- machine is amazing and provides a ton of benefits. I had elbow pain which has since gone away from using this. I highly recommend doing this or using any of their services before or after a workout. This is a must place to visit if you are into wellness and taking care of your body.

This is by far the best Cryotherapy place in town! I've tried other cryo places, and none of them compare to this place. They have the best prices, above and beyond excellent customer service.
